Standard Shipping - LTL Freight
Due to the size of the vanities, our standard shipping option is LTL-Freight. We utilize a variety of regional carriers to get your purchase to you. Each item will be partially crated in a custom wood frame, wrapped in cardboard and foam for protection, and placed on a pallet for ease in transportation. The Standard Shipping option provides curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will leave the crate at the end of your driveway and you will be expected to unbox and move the item inside. You will also need to dispose of all packing materials, we encourage you to reuse where possible!
Specialized Shipping - White Glove
If you require more assistance getting your purchase inside, you can select the White Glove shipping option at checkout. For an additional fee, the carrier will deliver the item, unbox it, and carry it inside for you, as well as dispose of the packing material. There may be additional fees for any special obstacles they encounter.
For all shipping options, we ask that you inspect the item upon delivery. If you observe any significant damage to the outside packing, reject delivery and contact us immediately (P: 508-639-2136, E: email@example.com). Once unboxed, please inspect the item carefully. If there is substantial damage to the piece, please contact us so we can assist with resolution. All damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love our creations as much as we do and will do what we can to ensure it. Due to the nature of our products and the shipping required, returns are not always feasible. Please be careful when ordering to make sure you choose the finishes you desire, as no returns or refunds will be granted for regrets related to stain or style choices. We will attempt to get final approval for any made-to-order items prior to shipping. If you are unhappy with your item, we encourage you to contact us so we can discuss available options.
